William has been a vegetarian for many years and has always had a great passion for healthy eating and healthy living.
William, originally an engineer, is a qualified Enar therapist, has also completed a Natural Healthcare Course with The Herbal Education Resources Centre New Zealand.
The author has experience in writing exam papers but has recently turned his writing skills to another area that has been a lifelong passion which is natural health, nutrition, healthy living, the environment and natural medicines.
William, born in Scotland, immigrated to New Zealand some 48years ago where he still lives with his wife of 50 years. He has recently written two other books about his life in the army and some stories from his childhood in Scotland.
